Cancellation Policy
Every Rupetta Academy club is purposefully designed to cultivate the skills that define exceptional young people, from cognitive strength to physical confidence, to emotional intelligence and creative intelligence. Each session is expertly led by certified instructors whose practice is rooted in rigorous, UK-aligned educational standards that prepare children not just for school, but for life.
Cancellation Policy
At Rupetta Academy Tech Swimmers Club, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your subscription. We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions for the Chess, Coding, and Swimming clubs tailored for kids aged 4-13 years old. Please read the following cancellation guidelines carefully:
- Monthly Subscription:
Cancellation Notice: To cancel a monthly subscription, we require a written cancellation notice at least 15 days before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Any charges already incurred are non-refundable.
- Quarterly Subscription:
Cancellation Notice: To cancel a quarterly subscription, we require a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the end of the current quarter.
Refund Policy: If the cancellation notice is provided within the stipulated time, the remaining quarters’ charges will be cancelled, and a prorated refund will be issued for the unutilized portion of the subscription. Any charges for the current quarter are non-refundable.
- Yearly Subscription:
Cancellation Notice: To cancel a yearly subscription, we require a written cancellation notice at least 60 days before the end of the current subscription year.
Refund Policy: If the cancellation notice is provided within the stipulated time, your next yearly subscription will be cancelled. Any charges for the current subscription year are non-refundable.
Cancellation Process:
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to info@rupettaacademy.com or in person at the club’s front desk. Please include the child’s full name, the club(s) subscribed to, the type of subscription, and the reason for cancellation in your notice.
Exceptions:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation, we may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. Such requests should be accompanied by appropriate documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refund will be at the discretion of the club’s management.
